Here is a very rare chance for you to learn the art of fighting with the six foot pole at our Kung fu school in Crawley. Our Pole fighting classes are for 2 students only per class to give the dedication needed to improve your skill. Once you have learn't the basics stikes and blocks you will learn 2 simple training routines to improve your eye and hand cordination. Increase your stamina and reactions. Everything we train in the class is about ability and skill. Classes are based at our full time school in Crawley.
